Nick is an accomplished business improvement and turn-around specialist.  His experiences extend across a variety of industries such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, insurance, retail, transportation, education, and technology with disciplines in operational management, supply chain, logistics, administration, and employee training. 

Nick has worked for companies such as IBM, Apotex, GSK, Express Scripts and Seneca College gaining invaluable knowledge and experience in developing strategies, turning strategies into tactical plans, implementing tactical plans into operational excellence.

Nick is a Lean-Six Sigma practitioner with extensive experience in value stream analysis, strategic development and implementation, business performance measurement and change management.  He has built a successful career based on establishing strong client partnerships, understanding their key business needs and for delivering sustainable solutions. During his career he has developed a reputation for resolving difficult situations by using an engaging, logical, and open approach to reach objectives.
