Info
In this session, we will look at the communication breakdowns that often appear in our accounting world with each other and clients. We'll address some sensitive topics such as racism, sexism, ageism, and more. There will be roleplay scenarios taken from real-life examples from other CPB Canada members. Attendee discretion is advised due to the sensitivity of the topics that some people may find offensive.
Presenters: Kimme Lafayette, CPB and Jonathon Carter, CPA, CMA, CPB
