In this workshop, you will learn about essential cybersecurity practices tailored specifically for bookkeeping businesses.
You will also learn cybersecurity best practices and actionable steps that can be immediately applied to protect your bookkeeping operations and clients from cyber risks.
Whether you’re just getting started or looking to strengthen your current practices, you will leave this workshop with the tools you need to improve the cyber hygiene of your business.

Presenter: Ruth Aliu
Ruth is a cybersecurity professional and entrepreneur with over a decade work experience in technology support, security operations, infrastructure security, engineering program management and compliance across different industries. She is the founder of Techity Consulting, an IT consulting firm for Coaches, Consultants and E-commerce businesses who want to leverage the latest tech tools for faster growth that’s less dependent on them wearing so many hats.
She has been featured on Invest Ottawa, Digital Main Street, Black Professionals in Tech Network, CanadianSME magazine to mention a few. She also gives back to the community by serving on the Board of Directors for Cybersecurity Global Alliance.
