Info

Join us for a session with Kyle from Virtual Lawyers to learn more about succession planning and why it's important for business owners. Learn what the key benefits are, when to start thinking about this, and where to get started.

Presenter: Kyle Johnson

Kyle C. Johnson is a lawyer and the founder of VirtuLawyers. He provides his clients with estate planning, probate and family law services. His firm originally started out as a small town practice called Sage Hill Law in Oliver, BC shortly before the pandemic began. Shifting to offering virtual services made perfect sense, especially for clients who want or need to access legal services remotely, as is the case for the majority of parents with little time, people with mobility issues and those who live in areas with little access to legal services.

A long time resident of BC, Kyle graduated with a B.A. (Honours) from the University of British Columbia in 2006 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota magna cum laude in 2009. After graduating from law school, he worked for the R.C.M.P. with the liaison team to the Missing Women’s Commission of Inquiry and was awarded a Commissioner’s Commendation in 2014.

Prior to founding his own firm, he practiced at boutique law firms in Vancouver, BC. Kyle is passionate about helping his clients through difficult times and strategizing with them about how to best meet life’s challenges.
