This engaging presentation will explore what Artificial Intelligence is (and isn’t), the popular tools in the space, how it differs from process automation, and ways bookkeepers can leverage these technologies to accelerate their processes and drive additional value for their clients.

For over 25 years, Craig Elies has led large-scale digital transformation initiatives across financial services, energy, and manufacturing, serving in technical and strategic leadership roles that delivered measurable gains in operational efficiency and enterprise scalability. Today, as Co-Founder and Partner at ClarityArc Consulting Inc., Craig focuses on helping mid-market and enterprise clients harness AI, Process Automation, and Data to modernize systems, reduce complexity, and design for growth.
