Presenter: Dwarkesh R

Dwarkesh is a Product Support Engineer at Zoho, with over three years of dedicated experience in the support team. He began his journey at Zoho Books, where he provided frontline technical support for the company’s products. After three years in this role, he transitioned to supporting Zoho Practice, a practice management platform.

In his current position, he leads product support and handles pre-sales, overseeing the resolution of critical technical issues and working closely with the product development team to improve product performance and reliability. His strategic approach to support management has greatly minimised client downtime and optimised support operations. Outside of work, he indulges in playing cricket and football and loves to travel.
