Tax season can be one of the most stressful times of the year, but it doesn’t have to drain your energy. This session will show you how the Four Pillars of Health—Nourishment, Movement, Sleep, and Mindset—can help you stay balanced, energized, and resilient under pressure. Gaylene will share real-life stories and guide you through an exercise to identify which pillar needs your focus to feel your best. You’ll leave with simple, actionable strategies to reduce stress, boost your vitality, and take on the busiest season with confidence and clarity.

Gaylene Gomez is a Certified Nutrition and Health Coach and stroke survivor who helps women boost their energy and find balance and vitality in their lives. She empowers her clients to nourish their bodies through the power of food and simple lifestyle changes, helping them feel strong, healthy, and vibrant so they can live life to the fullest. Drawing from her personal health experiences, Gaylene takes a holistic approach, guiding women to prioritize their Four Pillars of Health—Nourishment, Movement, Sleep, and Mindset—through her signature programs. With practical and supportive advice, she helps others create balance, build a strong foundation, and thrive.

- CPB Canada announcements and attendee introductions 6:30pm
