Join us for an essential event focused on, The Leadership Trinity: A framework for creating balanced leaders. The foundation of any leadership team is an understanding of the power dynamic between leaders that extends beyond the role and the organization chart or job description. Knowing where Activity, Authority and Accountability define these power structures and what happens in the absence or imbalance of any one aspect is vital to effective leadership discussion and development.
Presenter: Edwyn Kumar
Edwyn started leadership at a young age when he worked at a daycare for elementary school kids while in middle school. He then spent 28 years in the hospitality industry before starting Ultra Team Development, a coaching and consulting firm that focuses on the alignment of People, Strategy & Operations. He has helped grow many businesses and their teams in the sectors of Construction, Film and TV, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Finance. As an Executive Coach, Edwyn develops C-Suite leaders and Owners so they can achieve their goals while generating higher revenue & profits in line with a team structure that supports the company vision.
Edwyn is an Ultra Marathon Runner and a lifetime martial artist in Thai Kickboxing. He also rides motorcycles on the racetrack whenever possible. He and his wife met in high school and have been blessed with two boys who are empathetic, caring, and artistic. Their eldest is in health care for therapeutic massage, and their youngest is a music producer. Edwyn has grown up and continues to live in the beautiful Tri-Cities.
