Come meet Joshua Meise with Western Shield Insurance Solutions as he discusses the importance of Group RRSPs, how they should be managed and the effect of employee retention.

Before becoming a group benefits and insurance specialist, Joshua worked in the oilfields of Alberta and travelled all over western Canada building railway tracks for various companies. Josh also spent several years volunteering for a large non-profit organization in Ontario and it was during that time that he realized he wanted to spend his life helping people and decided the way he would do that was through the financial services industry.
