Join us for an evening of networking and professional development. This presentation will help business owners to improve their customer satisfaction and increase client retention by teaching them how to define and properly set up their client journey from start to finish so they are able to get the job done with the confidence that their clients are having the best experience possible. Also included is access to our very popular Client Journey Template which business owners can use to get their own Client Journey fully mapped out.

Communication is the cornerstone of my life and work, and I consider myself a boss in the best way possible. Between my years of experience and client testimonials, I’m told I have a gift for first listening and comprehending my client’s needs, then mapping out the critical path for an even more successful business.
I come from many, many years of working in a corporate environment, being along for the ride of growing businesses, and wearing many different hats. I started The Systems Queens in 2021 when I saw an opportunity to marry my long history of working on and in CRM (it all started with Salesforce!) with a need for business owners to get more clarity in their business systems and processes.
From my home office in Maple Ridge, BC, where I live with my 7 year old daughter and Bruno the rescue pup, I enjoy taking disorganized, high-level information and breaking it down into manageable steps–making sure a business’s systems are working FOR them, not against them.
Meeting Agenda:
• Informal networking and meal service from 5:00pm-6:30pm (each attendee is responsible for their meal tab)
• CPB Canada announcements and attendee introductions 6:30pm
• Presentation – 7pm – 8pm
• Informal networking and meeting adjournment 8pm-8:30pm
