The topic of discussion will be CPB member benefits: from navigating the new member lounge on the website, the benefits of digital credentials, to the VIB member savings offered and how to access them. It will be an informal interactive discussion (no boring presentations) so questions are welcome!

Cindy Smith - Manager, Membership & Partnerships
Cindy has an extensive background that includes managing finance, database management, partnership development and member relations. She moved over to the not for profit space more than 15 years ago, using her expertise to assist associations with member programs, streamlining processes, member relations and understanding the member journey. Cindy has a passion for providing members with value, always taking the time to understand their needs.
For over 10 years, she has dedicated much of her time volunteering in the community, primarily with low-income seniors and the homeless. Being a part of the community and giving back to that community has always been important to Cindy.
