In this workshop, which is a follow-up to the first value pricing workshop, we will go deeper into understanding value pricing and learn tools you can use to create your packages.  You will learn a framework that you can use to create value-priced packages for all of your services. When you stop billing by the hour you increase your ability to earn revenue without working more hours. If you are tired of working long hours for what feels like little pay then this workshop is for you. We will work through a 7 step framework to build out your bookkeeping packages. We will include breakout sessions where you will work in small groups and brainstorm ideas. Working together you will leave this session with a framework and a sample set of bookkeeping packages that you can start to use right away with your next potential customer meeting. If you have struggled with making the leap to value pricing come and learn how you can make the transition.
