Our New CPB Canada Directors!

Hello Members,

On July 26th, the nomination period for Candidates pursuing the Board of Directors closed. Following the deadline, each Nominee was screened for eligibility and attended an information session outlining the details and expectations for involvement on the CPB Canada Board of Directors.

CPB Canada received six nominations this year, and two candidates withdrew. As a result, each Nominee is set to be acclaimed to the CPB Canada Board of Directors. In addition, this means there is no longer a need to undertake a Board election this year.

It is now the pleasure of the CPB Canada Nominations Committee to confirm that the following members are acclaimed and will serve on the CPB Canada Board of Directors for a three-year term (as of October 4, 2021), respectively. Join us in congratulating them on their acclamation, and we look forward to working together on behalf of the CPB Canada membership.

Key Upcoming Dates:

  • Meet the new Directors - Tuesday, September 7th, 2021 at 3 pm ET
  • Virtual Annual General Meeting - Monday, October 4th, 2021 at 12 pm ET
