CRA Update: My Business Account has a new look!

On May 17, 2021, the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is introducing a new look and feel to My Business Account to improve the user experience. Businesses and their authorized representatives are encouraged to check out the redesigned My Business Account. The new layout makes it quicker and easier to view and manage online tax information. The CRA is constantly working to make improvements to our digital services and this redesign is just one of the ways that the Agency is showcasing our commitment to providing quality, user-focused digital services.

Here are just a few ways that the redesigned My Business Account makes it easier for businesses and their representatives to manage their tax affairs online:

• The modernized look and feel of the overview page will allow businesses and their representatives to view information at a glance.
• From the overview page, users will be able to access program-specific information and services, which are now located on dedicated pages.
• Business owners will be able to pay any outstanding balances directly from the overview page.
