CPB Canada Congratulates Prime Minister Mark Carney and Welcomes His New Cabinet

Share on:

Dear CPB Canada Members,

On behalf of our association and our collective interests, we are pleased to extend our congratulations to Prime Minister Mark Carney on his election victory and his recently appointed Cabinet.

CPB Canada has collaborated closely with Minister Rechie Valdez in her previous role as Minister of Small Business, and we look forward to engaging with her in her expanded responsibilities. We also anticipate working with Minister François-Philippe Champagne in his new role as Minister of Finance and National Revenue.

As we move forward, our association aims to collaborate with this new government to safeguard the financial health and viability of Canadian small businesses while advocating for increased recognition of professional standards within Canada’s accounting industry.

As we develop a strong government relations strategy, we hope to establish our value proposition and align with key government initiatives that will protect the economic welfare of Canadians. Engaging with our nation's leaders is essential to this process.
