CEO Update: Exciting Changes are Happening at CPB Canada!

Hey everyone – we are excited to share some big news on the horizon for CPB Canada!

This year, we're investing in much-needed technology upgrades to better serve our members.

First, we're rolling out a new Association Management System (AMS) powered by Salesforce. This upgrade enhances your integrated experience with us, from easier communication to a sleek new corporate website. Members can look forward to new forums and discussion boards that will make networking and knowledge sharing a breeze!

But that's not all. We're introducing Credivera, a new dedicated tool for managing certification compliance, your CPD records, and effortlessly accessing digital credentials. Our new AMS will help our team eliminate some manual tasks so we can focus on what matters—building a world-class professional association experience.

Also coming your way: a new learning management system (LMS) will be introduced for professional development and education courses, and a revamped job board will connect you with exciting opportunities. Plus, our mobile-friendly site means you'll have access to resources whenever and wherever you need them.

We're serious about security, too! The upgraded AMS will keep your data safe and comply with all the relevant regulations so you can have peace of mind.
