Juliet Aurora, CPB

Juliet is an Author, Speaker, Business Owner and Accounting Professional whose personal mission is To Educate and Empower those around her. Juliet is the founder and co-owner of AIS Solutions and the Co-Founder of Kninja Knetwork.

She has been awarded many industry accolades including Global Firm of the Future, Bookkeeping Firm of the Year, Top 50 Women in Accounting, Top 100 Proadvisor in North America and the Trailblazer Award in Canada.  Her most recent project is the launch of the Kninja90 Employee Training Program to help firms migrate their staff to the cloud. 

Away from the office, Juliet is starting the Kninja Foundation to impact the lives of women and girls experiencing domestic violence or homelessness.  When she isn’t working on one of her passion projects you will see her either on a plane travelling to a new destination or sipping some Napa red wine in her backyard.

Wendy Dodman, CPB

I have been in business for myself for the last four years but I have been in the accounting field for the last 22 years.
I have a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 1997 and my Certified Professional Bookkeeper designation in 2017.
I am currently the Regional Network Chair for the Red Deer area.
I currently sit on two boards – Penhold Museum Society and Penhold Senior Centre as their Treasurer.
I love working with my clients to solve their bookkeeping problems and be able to watch their companies grow successfully.

Teresa Slack, CPB

Teresa (Terri) offers clients the benefit of 30 years of experience. She is not only knowledgeable in bookkeeping, but in accounting and system set up, business management, sales and marketing, customer service, staff training, policy and procedure, forecasting, staff leadership and mentor-ship. Teresa has a passion for Shopify and Amazon Accounting and loves to help business owners and the accounting professionals that love them solve their Shopify and Amazon Accounting headaches. E-Commerce Bookkeeping is complex, Teresa teaches how to make it easier! With such a well-rounded business skill set, Terri can help clients with more than just their bookkeeping but can consult on their business operation as a whole.

Connie Smith, CPB

Connie is a master at financial record keeping and has 34 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, tax preparation, and extensive experience with purchasing and inventory control. Connie loves to solve problems and sort out messy books. Her passion for solving hard problems has lead us to create processes that solve hard Shopify and Amazon Accounting challenges. Having run her own business for the past 20 years, Connie offers an intimate knowledge of the joys and challenges faced by small business owners in the pursuit of success and work-life balance. Clients not only benefit from her bookkeeping knowledge but can leverage her expertise and insights as a small business owner/entrepreneur.

Accountable Bookkeeping Services is owned and operated by Anna Makrides, CPB. Anna started her practice after a bad experience she had with an employer and never looked back - through what she does, she is creating an opportunity to help someone - and small businesses - succeed. Taking on new clients is something that is done with care, listening to concerns and her team works hard to make the customer experience a great one - every day.

FINANCLY BOOKKEEPING SOLUTIONS As a cloud accounting firm, Financly Bookkeeping Solutions stays current on new technology - often helping app developers improve their technology. New employees are provided with mentorship and encouraged to obtain their CPB designation. They further support their employees by reimbursing the cost of the CPB exam and are diligent to uphold the standards and ideals of CPB Canada.
