Important information about changes to filing requirements for appeals across various taxing statutes.
As announced in Budget 2022, effective October 1, 2022, the filing requirements for appeals to the Minister of Finance have been harmonized across the taxing statutes to clarify that an appeal is considered filed on the date it is received by the Ministry.
