Job Description

We are looking for a bookkeeper with at least 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate has taken an Accounting Technician course or has equivalent knowledge. They must understand basic accounting principles and have experience with a full monthly bookkeeping cycle including A/R, A/P, reconciliations, payroll and understanding financial statements. They should have a working knowledge of QuickBooks and/or Sage as well as Excel. They would also be willing to learn new software. They will be taking instruction from the senior bookkeeper and would be responsible for maintaining the monthly bookkeeping for several of our clients. This position does have some flexibility to work from home part of the week. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary plus benefits based on experience.
