Presenter: Charlotte Wong
Charlotte has worked at the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada since 2015. She has taken on a number of roles, including Senior Privacy Investigator and acting Director of the OPC’s Toronto Regional Office, and is currently a Senior Advisor in the Business Advisory Directorate. Charlotte’s main role is to provide PIPEDA advice and guidance to organizations and ensure compliance with privacy law. She also conducts a variety of stakeholder activities and speaking engagements related to PIPEDA compliance. Prior to joining the OPC, Charlotte held a variety of positions within the Government of Canada and the private sector. She holds an International Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business.

With over 12 years of experience working with federal privacy legislation, Kelly joined the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) in 2020 as an Advisor with the Business Advisory Directorate. For Kelly, talking about privacy has become a passion. With the OPC, Kelly works closely with individual businesses to provide practical, meaningful advice and guidance on their personal information handling practices. She enjoys working with businesses of all shapes and sizes through presentations, Privacy Clinics, and consultations to help them better comply with PIPEDA.
