Tonya Schulte is an expert in construction accounting, owner of The Profit Constructors, manager of The Construction Junction Roundtable, and host of The Construction Junction podcast. She frequently teaches, leads, and speaks at accounting conferences and construction-related events. Tonya is a board member of the American Subcontractors Association of Arizona and has received multiple awards, including the 2022-2023 ASA National Outstanding Service award and a local ASA of Arizona Outstanding Service award. Among her peers, she is known as the Construction Accounting Guru. With a career in construction accounting that began in high school, Tonya is dedicated to helping subcontractors improve their financial management and operational efficiency. She spends her “off” hours reading, travelling, cooking, and occasionally dipping into the swimming pool – or the chocolate supply – whichever seems appropriate.
