Join us for an engaging and practical session designed to help bookkeepers and accounting professionals streamline their year-end handoff process and strengthen collaboration with their CPA partners.
Our guest speaker, Cassaundra O’Brien, CPA with Brent Bursey & Company Inc., will share valuable insights from a public-practice perspective, highlighting what CPAs look for in a well-prepared file, common pitfalls that cause delays, and how bookkeepers can set their clients (and themselves!) up for success.
We’ll walk through real-world examples of what makes a “CPA-ready” file, explore best practices for documentation, and review tips for clear communication between bookkeeper, client, and CPA.
Whether you’re preparing for year-end or simply want to elevate your workflow, this session will help you:
- Understand what your CPA really needs (and what they don’t).
- Improve file accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Build confidence in your year-end processes and professional relationships.
Come ready to learn, laugh, and leave with actionable strategies to make your next CPA handoff smoother than ever!
