The most recent findings point to a strong and growing membership base, with rising satisfaction levels and clear appreciation for the value CPB Canada provides. Community, industry connection, and professional development continue to stand out as key reasons members stay involved. The survey also shows that members see real value in training, certification, and belonging to a network that supports their growth.
At the same time, the results highlight important priorities for the future. Members want stronger government representation, and the survey points to a clear opportunity to broaden the association’s reach through greater regional and cultural diversity.
For bookkeepers, accounting professionals, and members alike, these insights offer a useful snapshot and, in the year, ahead, CPB Canada will be undertaking more focused surveys to assess learning needs and help shape our modern bookkeeper efforts.
