Important CRA Notice: Submission Issue with T4/T5 Returns via Web Forms (MyBA/RAC)
This notice is directed to Web Forms users.
T4 and T5 returns submitted using the Web Forms application are being rejected when the application is accessed through My Business Account (MyBA) or Represent a Client (RAC). This issue does not affect the Web Forms application when accessed with a Web Access Code (WAC).
The CRA anticipates resolving this issue by the end of January 2026 and will provide an update once the issue has been fully addressed. In the meantime, they kindly request that you refrain from submitting T4 or T5 returns through the Web Forms application if accessing it via MyBA or RAC.
