Rachel Devine, CPB is the owner of On Track Bookkeeping Solutions Ltd., a full-cycle bookkeeping and payroll firm based in Mission, BC. As a Certified Professional Bookkeeper with more than two decades of experience, she supports small and medium-sized businesses with accurate, compliant, and technology-driven bookkeeping.
Rachel leads a growing team at On Track Books and is committed to strong processes, clear communication, and mentoring bookkeepers as they develop their skills and confidence. She has been an active leader within CPB Canada for several years, including her work as Regional Network Chair for the Fraser Valley/Langley region, where she supports members through education, collaboration, and community building.
She also contributes to the broader business community through her role on the Business Plan Review Committee with Community Futures North Fraser, helping new entrepreneurs strengthen their financial foundations and launch sustainable businesses.
Rachel is a passionate advocate for certification, compliance, and elevating the value of the bookkeeping profession. She speaks at national conferences and champions initiatives that strengthen the visibility and credibility of certified professionals.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys good coffee, cooking, hiking with her dogs, camping, and spending quality time with her family.
