Christie Craven offers a diverse background in marketing, farm management, and bookkeeping. Holding a BA from Stanford University and an Advanced Accounting Certificate, she earned her CPB designation in 2016 and has been a vocal advocate for its value ever since. Christie is a passionate and experienced leader within CPB Canada, having previously served as Treasurer and Chair of the Conference Committee.
Born in California, Christie discovered her home in Alberta and became a Canadian citizen in 2013. Her commitment to the organization is demonstrated through her repeated service on the Board of Directors, where she works to ensure CPB Canada grows and thrives. Her strategic vision and extensive governance experience are key to advancing the organization’s mission and supporting its members across the country.
