How the Program Works
Our program is designed to be flexible and impactful, accommodating the busy schedules of our members. We provide a structured yet adaptable framework to help you build a successful mentoring relationship.​
1. Application & Matching:
Interested members apply to be either a mentor or a mentee. Our team carefully reviews applications to create compatible pairings based on experience, goals, and professional interests.
2. Goal Setting
Once matched, you will work together to define clear, achievable goals for your partnership. We provide resources to help guide this critical conversation.
3. Ongoing Support
You and your partner decide the frequency and format of your meetings. CPB Canada supports you with check-ins, resources, and guidance to ensure the relationship remains productive and positive.
4. Completion & Feedback
At the end of the formal program period, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your journey and provide feedback to help us continue improving the experience for future participants.
